Amazon Easy Ship Label Cropper

When you download shipping labels from Amazon Seller Central for Easy Ship orders, the PDF bundles each shipping label with a tax invoice page. Upload that PDF to EasyCrop and it separates labels from invoices automatically using text-based detection.

SKU Grouping for Amazon Labels

Turn on SKU grouping and EasyCrop reorders your labels so all orders for the same product are stacked together. If you have 10 orders for Product A and 15 for Product B, you get all the Product A labels first, then Product B.

This is useful for batch packing. Pick all of Product A from your shelf, pack those 10 orders, move on to Product B. Faster than jumping between products for every order.

Amazon 4×6 Shipping Label Cropper

The output PDF preserves original label page dimensions. This means labels print correctly on 4×6 thermal label printers without manual scaling or page-size adjustments.

Common 4×6 thermal printers used by Indian Amazon sellers: TSC TE244, TVS LP46 Lite, Xprinter XP-460B, Zebra GK420d. All of these work with EasyCrop output.

Amazon Label Packing Workflow

EasyCrop can generate a Product Quantity Summary note — a single-page overview showing every product in your batch with its total quantity and SKU. This page is prepended to your output PDF.

Use it as a packing checklist: scan the summary, pull the right products from your inventory, then work through the sorted labels. Combined with SKU grouping and quantity badges, this turns label printing into a structured packing workflow.

1. Download from Seller Central: Select orders, generate labels and download the combined PDF from Amazon Seller Central.
2. Upload to EasyCrop: Select Amazon mode, enable SKU grouping and quantity badges, then upload your PDF.
3. Review and download: Check the processing summary — labels kept, invoices removed, multi-unit orders flagged. Download the cropped PDF.
4. Print and pack: Print the sorted labels. Use the product quantity summary to pull items from inventory. Pack by product group for speed.

Barcode Quality

EasyCrop extracts original PDF pages using vector-level cropping. There is no image compression, no rasterization and no quality loss. Barcodes, QR codes, AWB numbers and text come through identical to the source.

If your original labels scanned fine, the cropped versions will too.
